Brook & Aaron's Wedding 4.9.16

Brook and Aaron's wedding was such an awesome celebration! It was different for us here at Flawless Fetes in a lot of ways, for one Brook is a coordinator herself so she took care of all the planning in advance. Also, the wedding took place on a lakefront property that Brook and Aaron had recently purchased and will one day be the site of their future home! How incredible is that?!?

Building a wedding literally from the ground up can be a little daunting but Brook chose fantastic vendors and had plenty of help from their amazing family and friends and everything came together beautifully!

The two decided on their new dock as the ceremony location and it couldn't have been more breathtaking! Brook traveled across the lake on their family's boat to make her way to her waiting groom as guests watched from the lakeshore.

After Brook and Aaron said their "I Do's", family and friends enjoyed a night under the stars, dancing to a live band, enjoying a pig roast and crawfish boil. It was a gorgeous evening on the water and such a fun celebration of love!

Virginia & Aaron's Palmetto Riverside B&B Wedding 3.12.16

Virginia and Aaron's wedding was one for the books! After months of planning, it was so wonderful to see this dream day unfold! Delicious food, great wine, lots of laughs and of course an abundance of love!
The entire day took place at one of our favorite venues, the Palmetto Riverside Bed & Breakfast. The weather was perfect, with a beautiful breeze coming in off the water. The B&B was an idyllic setting for Virginia and Aaron to say their 'I Do's.

The happy couple opted to have a "First Look" prior to the ceremony so they could enjoy a private moment together before the whirlwind began! It was such a special and romantic time!

Planning with a bride like Virginia is always so fun and interesting! On the one hand she definitely knows what she wants but at the same time was very trusting in her team of vendors so with FH Weddings, we got to create something really beautiful with her for their event space!

The ceremony was gorgeous. Virginia and Aaron were married against the beautiful backdrop of the water and incorporated lovely personal touches, including a wine box ceremony with love notes to save for each other!

The reception, where do I even begin? Incredible food, amazing wine and signature cocktails and did I mention the food? Virginia and Aaron's good friend, Chef Gui Alinat lent his talents to the couple's wedding day and the food completely stole the show! With a menu ranging from foie gras and fish taco hors d'oeuvres to a stunning beef wellington entree, you can bet nobody left this celebration hungry!

If that wasn't enough to make your mouth water, Hands on Sweets provided an incredible dessert table and beyond belief stunning pink champagne wedding cake, but the real coup de grâce was the show stopping Tour de France themed groom's cake Virginia designed with them to surprise Aaron. Needless to say, he was blown away!
